How to anticipate customer receipts?
My name is Miller, I will help you anticipate one or more payments. • In the Menu, click financial, then accounts receivable. • Define the period that you would like to filter in the Date field. • Then, type the account or customer name in the name field and below you will find the service request. • Click on the name highlighted in blue and the screen will open. • In Campus Status, change to Paid and mark the day in the receipt date field, and then click Save. • If you have more than one account it is possible on the left side of the screen to select them at once or choose the account to be modified. Above the blue Accounts receivable button will display a question with the total number of accounts selected: selected items what do you want to do? Next, select Change to paid.
