• In the Menu, click support. You will be directed to a new page.
• On the left side, under Login, enter your email and password and click Login.
• On the button on the left, click Create Call.
• Include a title, the Department that your call will be directed to, being:
“HELP AND SUPPORT”, “SYSTEM ERROR” and “SUGGESTIONS”.
• Include the description clearly, objectively and if possible giving examples.
If you have and want to attach a file, a print of it, click Upload file and then click Create Call.
