How to create a ticket?

· In the Menu, click on Patient, Filter the patient who wants to make the call, on his name in actions, next to the edit button, click on the blue button, a screen will open.

· Include the date you want to create or return the call to the patient, the name of the person in charge, include the subject, the observations and click create.
