• In the Menu, click Agenda, just below the calendar click Pending Calls.
• Select the ticket and click the change button. Make the necessary changes and click Update.
You can perform the task above on the Dashboard.
• In the Menu, click Dashboard. At the bottom of the page you will find Pending Calls.
• Click on view all, you will be directed to the Patients Menu. Filter tickets and click search.
