My name is Miller, I will help you place a Sales Order.
- In the Menu, click on Sales, click on Sales again and on the right side of the screen click on the green Create Sales Order button.
- In the Identification Tab, enter the customer’s first or last name and click Search.
- After viewing the list of customers, click on the customer you want to place the order.
- In the second tab Customer Address confirm the address and click on the blue button Next to the right side.
- If the customer has been registered without the address, the address fields to register will appear. Perform the registration and click on the blue Next button.
- In the third Products tab, Click on the blue Add Product button, enter the Product Name or Serial Number.
- After displaying the Product list, click on the product to be issued the Sales Order and then click on the blue Next button.
- On the Total tab, fill in the payment terms and click Save.
- On the right side you have the options Generate Invoice, Edit or Delete.
- After Generating the Invoice you can print or view it.
