My name is Miller and I will help you with consulting your patients’ medical history.
In the menu, click on Patients, then you can search for the patient through the First Name, Last Name, CPF and Date of Birth filters.
After displaying the searched patient in the list below, click Edit, and go to the Clinical history tab.
In the clinical history you can filter by any current or retroactive date, through the calendar the desired period.
By clicking on the History, Anamnesis, Audiometry, Test products and Documents tabs, you can view in detail by date, time, professional and clinic unit what was done in each patient’s care.
