How do I consult a ticket on support, add information and answer a ticket?
Hello, how are you? My name is Miller, I will help you consult a ticket, add information or respond. • In the Menu, click support. You will be directed to a new page. • On the left side, in Login, enter your email, password and click on Login. • The screen will open with the list of tickets, click on the ticket you want to consult, add information or answer. • You will see the contents of the ticket and just below in Reply you can include the necessary information. After completing this process, Click the Green Answer Call button.
